If your current hard drive is not working properly and the data cannot be transferred, PC Service will install a base OS on the new hard drive. Data transfer may not be available on all models. Recovery disks may be purchased for an additional $95. Data Recovery is also available. Your current drive is always returned to you. |

is SATA, PATA & Micro ATA |
| These define the technologies used to connect the hard drive to your computer. Since they are each physically different, only one type can be used in a laptop. If your laptop supports SATA, only SATA drives will work.
