box on Friday, and got it back in absolutely perfect condition
on Tuesday. I am very very pleased with every aspect of
this transaction.
Of course I had gone to the Apple Store
first, and they wanted a lot of money -- almost as
much as I paid for the MacBook in the first place --
but, more importantly, they told me that it would be
between 10 days and two weeks before I got my laptop
back. I simply could not be without it for that long,
as it contains my business life.
So then I looked at doing the work myself.
I often have done my own repairs. I downloaded a step-by-step
set of instructions with accompanying photos, and realized
that replacing the screen was not a trivial exercise --
definitely something I could screw up.
Then I went to a local Mac repair guy,
whose price for the part alone was $485.
So, I went online and found you on a Google
Search for "macbook cracked screen repair." The
price was right, the shipping looked easy, and I took a
chance and paid for your service with the free shipping
both ways.
Your box arrived two days later, I loaded
my laptop and put on the pre-paid address label and took
it to a local UPS store on Friday afternoon. On Monday,
you sent me an e-mail that my laptop was on its way back
to me, and it arrived at my office on Tuesday morning.
I was without the laptop for exactly one business day,
and the repair is perfect.
You definitely earned my business, and
I will certainly recommend you to others.

it was very important to have one day service. I dropped
off my machine at 8:00 A.M. and returned to me by 3:30
P.M. with all existing hard drive files cloned to the new
160 gig hard drive. It works beautifully!!! I will highly
